GOAL
As an in-house team member, my primary goal was to accomplish two transformative objectives: firstly, to execute lead generation campaigns with ads and social media marketing, elevating the company’s reputation and fostering deeper engagement. Secondly, to enhance customer service through meticulous net promoter score measurement and comprehensive call quality improvements.
Approach
I dedicated myself to creating captivating and relevant content that resonated deeply with our diverse target audience, including small and medium-sized businesses, management professionals, freelancers, and agencies. I introduced a fresh approach by adding exciting new post categories, such as ‘Location Secrets’ and ‘Famous Guests,’ offering unique perspectives that drove increased engagement.
Together with my team, we encouraged clients to create user-generated content by organizing various events for residents, such as networking sessions, movie-watching parties, art exhibitions, photo zones, and more. These initiatives fostered meaningful interactions and strengthened connections with our clients.
Our PPC campaigns were crafted to navigate targeted traffic and boost conversion rates on our website, including conversion campaigns focused on selling offices, product campaigns to showcase new offers and programs, and image campaigns to elevate our brand perception. I dedicated myself to conducting comprehensive keyword research and consistently fine-tuning ad copies to optimize campaign performance.
My priority was to ensure a seamless and user-friendly website experience. Regular website audits helped us identify and address potential issues, enabling us to optimize the customer journey and boost overall website performance.
By implementing Net Promoter Score (NPS) measurement and analysis, I closely monitored customer feedback and identified areas for improvement. Data visualization aided in presenting valuable insights to the management team, leading to data-driven decisions that contributed to elevating the average NPS.
Data was the backbone of our marketing approach. I conducted comprehensive data analysis, including NPS statistics, website conversion rates, and social media metrics. This analysis guided our strategies and helped us identify trends and opportunities for further growth.
